Dubai's latest Vietnamese themed brunch will take you on a culinary journey from the tranquil waters of the historic Saigon River, across the breath-taking islands of Ha Long Bay, via the bustling backstreets of Hanoi to modern day Ho Chi Minh City's trendy District 1 and District 4. Featuring a sharing style menu, with signature Saigon dishes, succulent street food and a modern take on authentic classics, this Asian inspired brunch was conceptualized by Chef Ta Van Houng, Chef De Cuisine at Blue Jade. With interiors inspired by the vibrant French-Vietnamese architecture and design touches such as colourful street scenery, traditional bicycles and evocative hanging lanterns, the brunch will bring to life the authentic side streets and hidden passages in the city still referred to colloquially as Saigon. 

On offer will be authentic dishes from Chef Ta Van's homeland such as Com Rang Dua Hai San (Pineapple Seafood Fried Rice), Cá Nướng Lá sen (Ginger Lotus Sea Bass) and Bò lúc lắc (Stir Fried Beef Tenderloin), Ga Nuong La Chanh (Grilled Marinated Chicken with Lime Leaves). In homage to the Vietnamese coffee shop culture, Saigon Social will also boast a wide selection of sweet dishes such as Nem CuỐi Chiên (Crispy Banana Spring Roll), and Xoi Dua (Pandan sticky rice with coconut milk) served up alongside exotic fruit platters.

The meticulously selected dishes coupled with The Ritz-Carlton's unparalleled service promises to delight Dubai's food gourmands. Complete with live entertainment, including the vibrant hand pan, guests can prepare to experience a lively and unforgettable Friday night.
